Not a Government or Law-Enforcement Office. Briscoe County Warrant Records cannot confirm whether a warrant exists, accept payment, clear process, post bond, arrange a surrender, or provide legal advice. Those actions require the issuing court or the relevant official agency.
Need Official Warrant Information?
Choose the office by the question and the case paper in hand:
- Service or custody routing: contact the Briscoe County Sheriff’s Office. The page lists 806-823-2131, dispatch/non-emergency 806-995-3555, and sheriff@co.briscoe.tx.us. Regular office hours are shown as weekdays, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; the page does not state a warrant-counter schedule.
- County or district case records: ask County/District Clerk Amy Fuston at 806-823-2131 ext. 2 or coclerk@co.briscoe.tx.us. The office is at 415 Main St., Silverton, TX 79257, with mail at P.O. Box 555.
- JP1 traffic or lower-court file: call 806-823-2131 ext. 7 or write jp1@co.briscoe.tx.us. JP1 is listed at the Silverton courthouse.
- JP2 matter: call 806-455-1508 or write jp2@co.briscoe.tx.us. The county page lists 105 N. 1st St., P.O. Box 414, Quitaque. Verify address and phone before mailing because the OCA directory shows a different presentation.
- District felony file: ask the clerk whether the Briscoe record is held locally or route the question to the 110th District Court coordinator in Floydada. The county does not publish a public warrant portal.
The sheriff’s page says Briscoe County has no jail and does not publish a surrender destination or bond schedule. Call before traveling. Dispatch is a routing contact, not a stated anonymous tip or warrant hotline.
For records, state the court, document type, case or citation number, and date range. A request to the sheriff for an existing law-enforcement record is different from a request for a judicial file; contact the court or clerk for the latter.
